I have been a part of this company since March 2010. My journey with Anmol has been nothing short of fantastic. I have handled many roles and important tasks including mergers and demergers, leading compliance management, banking, finance, legal and matters related to corporate law. I began my career in 1986 as a Production Supervisor in Kolkatta. In 2000, I got a chance to switch over to Anmol as HR manager and admin. I worked in Greater Noida until 2002 and then worked as a Distribution Manager until 2004. From 2005 to 2009 I was given the opportunity to head the Production and Maintenance Department. I was promoted to DGM (Operations) in 2009 and subsequently GM (Operations) in 2016. Since joining the Anmol Parivar, I have never looked back.This company has given me every opportunity to improve my career in every way. During my 33 year tenure, I have enjoyed every role and responsibility given to me, that has helped shape my goals and achieve them. In addition to my tenure, I have also attended multiple trainings like HACCP, Landmark, Operation Excellency, Skill Development, lean Management, Kaizen, 3K,3M, food Safety Management, Energy Conservation etc.

I began my career with Anmol on November 2002 as a Front Office Executive. During my time with Anmol, I had the opportunity to sharpen my skills and take over the position of Sales Coordinator. In 2007, I was promoted to Brand Officer and subsequently Marketing Manager. During my tenure at Anmol, the company gave me a lot of training and support to increase my capabilities and skills. I honestly think Anmol is a great organization that identifies, increases and sharpness the skills and potential of every individual who walks in.

Mithilesh Kumar Mishra

My career at Anmol began in 2003 as an Account Officer. Later I was promoted to Sales Coordinator and then Deputy Sales Manager which is my current position. I currently handle all marketing activities for Anmol. As of 2017, I have been working here as the Deputy Manager. My overall journey at Anmol has been filled with a lot of new opportunities and learning experiences. The management team here is extremely friendly, helping employees grow and creating a great work environment and culture.

I have been with Anmol since its inception in December 1994. In the initial days I handled all accounting activities which included cash entry, bank entry, HR salary, preparing balance sheet, internal audits and audit queries. I also handled Statutory compliance work which included Service Tax , VAT & excise related matter statutory compliance work which included Service Tax, VAT and excise related matters. I have grown along with the company and it feels amazing to be of the oldest employees at Anmol. I would like to express my gratitude to the management for believing in me and helping me learn and grow throughout my journey. Currently, I am work on legacy cases and SAP FI Module.

I have been associated with Anmol since 1997 and have been engaged in various activities such as Accounting, Taxation, Project Financing, Banking etc. The journey has been really enlightening. I am currently employed as the CFO for Anmol and it feels great to be a part of this illustrious company for 22 years.
