SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT:
  • Ensure achievement of secondary/ primary Sales targets, according to AOP and Monthly Fixed Target.
  • Ensure alignment of PJP of self and PJP of SO under the ASE/ASM/Sr.ASM, through SFA (Field Assist).
  • Check and monitor the market activity for the SO, through SFA ( Field Assist) and physically in the market.
  • Analyse potential areas in assigned geography where Retailers or Distributor appointments would enhance business prospects.
  • Interview parties shortlisted by SO and evaluate them on financial strength, infrastructure, experience, market standing and alignment with Anmol Industries Ltd expectations in terms of business.
  • Ensure proper documentation check, target sharing, and completing the process of onboarding new Super Stockiest, Distributors, and Sub-Distributors.
  • Coordinate separation of non-performing Distributors and Sub-Distributors with Full and Final settlement and collect No Dues Certificates.
  • Coach the SO and Distributor Sales Man on the Call procedure execution and demonstrate the process of SFA (Field Assist) to SO.
