JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Product Manager – Marketing will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of Anmol’s brand portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels. The role involves end-to-end product management — from concept development to market launch — ensuring brand consistency, market relevance, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIITIES:
  • Product Manager – Marketing Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, and Digital) to strengthen brand presence and drive sales across key product categories.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Define product segment strategies to expand brand portfolios, including product selection, positioning, pricing, packaging design, and SKU management.
  • Brand Communication: Create impactful brand communication and media plans to enhance brand outreach and visibility for Anmol products.
  • Consumer Insights & Research: Plan and execute market surveys and consumer studies to assess brand perception and gather actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyse market trends, category performance, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions and recommend improvements to the Marketing Head.
  • Pricing & Profitability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set product pricing, evaluate margins, and communicate profit variances effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Sales teams to develop actionable implementation plans based on consumer insights and business priorities.
  • New Product Development (NPD): Oversee the NPD process from concept creation to successful market launch, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and brand objectives.
  • Sales & Regional Support: Coordinate with the Sales Team to drive business performance and provide marketing support at regional and product-segment levels.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with Finance and the Marketing Head, ensuring optimal resource utilization across brands.
