MIS Executive
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a MIS Executive to support the Marketing team with MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation. This role is suitable for candidates with up to 2-5 years of experience and focuses purely on reporting and analytics (no data entry, no sales data handling).
KEY RESPONSIITIES:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Extract and analyze reports from SAP and Bizom.
- Create and update dashboards using MS Excel / Power BI / Tableau.
- Customize reports to track impact of marketing initiatives on sales & distribution
KPIs. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Analyze data trends and share insights with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for report inputs.
Key Skills:
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas & Micros).
- Exposure to SAP & SFA – bizom (report extraction & reporting).
- Basic knowledge of Macro, Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management / IT preferred).
- 2-5 years of MIS or reporting experience.
- Preferably has worked/experience in FMCG Sector.
