PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Drive and establish technological advancements to improve and develop best in class IT infrastructure for Anmol

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in the IT industry of over 15 years, preference in the FMCG sector
• Currently managing teams in Conventional, Digital, Infra and Cyber security and IT governance, Cloud Technology area

Reporting structure:

• Reports directly to President Strategy
• Manage a team of xx individuals

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate in Science/B.Tech/BE
• Master/MBA / MCA with specialization in IT systems, softwares, applications preferred

SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWHOW:
• ‘Strong exposure SAP & softwraes in the areas of ERP, CRM & Analytics
• Demonstrates comprehensive awareness of existing and developing technologies and how they can be applied to the business
• Ability to recognize business opportunities and present a clear strategic vision
• Strong application of technology bias
• Excellent implementation track record on Applications and Infrastructure
• Strong demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with partner ecosystem
• Ability to explain complex IT information clearly to ‘lay’ managers and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication, people & leadership skills
TASKS & ACOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead the IT and tech function of Anmol industries to make it technologically advanced and hands on
• Develop and execute IT strategy, identify best in class useful resources to drive innovation and efficiencies through active use to latest technologies configured to Anmol’s usage
• Actively collaborate with leadership and all functional heads to identify key requirements in terms of softwares such as SAP, HANA, ERP systems and hardwares such as servers, desktop systems, etc.
• Prepare annual budgets for identifying key spends and optimizing financial expenditure on IT infrastructure
• Procure, negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts for product / services provided by third parties ensuring effective product / service delivery and value for money
• Lead change management activities to ensure all functions are updated and aware with the usage of latest technological systems
• Proactively lead the development, implementation and review of committed IT strategies, annual project plans, policies, and procedures with strong implementation orientation
• Actively plan monthly reviews and maintenances to ensure healthy functioning of the IT infrastructure esp. critical applications like SAP ESS, HANA, etc.
• Ensure effective management of staff and resources promoting team building and collaborative working to deliver the corporate plan within IT
• Create and nurture a strong team and team leadership with technical and people skills commensurate with plans and objective
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, ISMS audits & all certification bodies
• Implement and monitor systems, polices and frameworks to keep all IT systems secure
