Exports Manager
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 Years (at least 5 Years in exports sales)
SALARY RANGE:
₹10–14 LPA (based on experience)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Marketing, or related fields.
- MBA/PGDM in International Business is preferred.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Anmol Industries is seeking an experienced and dynamic Exports Manager to lead and expand our international business operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end export process, develop global markets, ensure compliance with export regulations, and drive sales and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIITIES:
- Develop and implement export strategies in line with company’s international business objectives.
- Identify and explore new international markets to increase global presence.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Manage the complete export cycle including documentation, logistics, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, clients, and trade partners.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure profitability.
- Ensure 100% compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation standards.
- Analyse global market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to support business planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, finance, quality, and warehousing for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and share export MIS, sales reports, and forecasts with management.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer–seller meets.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in export management (preferably FMCG or manufacturing industry).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in export markets.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and global logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in developing and managing international sales channels.
- Proficiency in export documentation systems, ERP tools, and MS Office.
