ROLE:

• Planning, directing, coordinating, and developing a team of department heads and operational managers for manufacturing products in compliance with Anmol’s goals, objectives, and standards.
• Setting and monitoring the performance of the plant against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and operating efficiency, quality, cost control, administration efficiency, legal compliance, inventory control, and human resource management.
• Meeting established operating budgets; monitoring the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality as per the manufacturing standards
• Implementing innovative methods to improve productivity and reduce operating costs
• Ensuring smooth and cordial employee relations and management of external environment/stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance to factory’s act, environment related compliances etc at all stages of operations
• Develop the annual Factory plan and ensure delivery of production volumes at desired levels of cost efficiencies & product mix.
• Ensuring adherence to budgeted plant Costs & Efficiencies – Costs, M&R, Variances, Overheads, Re-work, wastages.
• Monitor and review overall factory performance to ensure costs, efficiencies & variances are within norms and ensure better inter department coordination on a regular basis.
• To ensure GMP, GHP in the Plants and Management of Key Customers Periodical Audit Schedules
• Collaborating with all cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
