JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Promote, champion and identify company’s learning interventions and talent tools for the employees
- Drive the continual optimization and maturity of learning systems and programs, aligned to business strategy
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs based on individual employee needs and organizational development needs
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings in adherence to the requirements
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Leverage new and existing tools to eliminate manual processes/work and drive efficiencies
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Identify and drive partnership with vendor partners, develop impactful learning solutions that will drive the business strategy including designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and evaluating functional learning solutions.
SKILLS:
- Ability to lead and design a full training cycle for employees across various functions
- Record of accomplishment in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
